Paul is an industry-recognized digital and content strategist, currently focused on product content as an accelerant for B2B digital transformation. Paul leads enterprise projects, assuring that clients achieve and sustain measurable results from their digital programs. Paul develops strategy and approach, working closely with executive sponsors to align business and technical perspectives.

Paul brings over 30 years’ experience in business management, advisory,  technology, and service and support operations, with deep technical expertise in product lifecycle management, digital experience, and knowledge management. Before founding prodx, Paul led digital practices at Dakota Systems, Earley Information Science, Just Systems, Blast Radius, and Xerox Global Services, and led the business analytics practice at Northpoint Business Advisors.

Paul has led multi-year content strategy programs supporting enterprise-wide transformations at Agilent Technologies, CommScope, Polaris, TE Connectivity, Honeywell, Grainger, 3M, Amgen, Lowes, Amway, Staples, Intrawest Travel, and The World Bank. Each of these reference clients now has sustainable and measurable digital content operations.

Paul has led and designed award-winning knowledge management programs for such diverse organizations as Allstate Insurance, Xerox Corporation, Applied Materials, Aerospace Corporation, SpaceX, J&J Janssen Pharmaceuticals, FedEx, and Marsh & McLennan. Paul has worked for three companies listed on KM World’s 100 Companies that Matter. In 2015 the Allstate knowledge management project won the KM World's Reality Award.

Paul is a sought-after speaker and regularly contributes to industry forums including B2B On-line, KM World, Gartner, Intelligent Content, AIIM, CIDM, LavaCon, and the Society for Technical Communications. Paul was named among the Top 200 Content Strategists by LavaCon.

Paul earned an MBA in strategy and finance from the William E. Simon School of Business, and a BA in Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester.
